Superbly designed and furnished with quality, this beautiful luxury villa is situated in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. This stone clad villa affords lovely views, and is an idyllic family holiday home. All in one level, this spacious accommodation is furnished to a very high standard. A lovely teak wood front door leads you into this contemporary styled house with its white ceilings and spotlights, with tiled flooring throughout. The lounge dining and open kitchen are in the same room. The fitted kitchen has grey gleaming units, a stylish centre island, ceramic hob, stainless steel microwave and oven, white stone work surfaces, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There are also two bedrooms; these comprises of one twin and one double bedroom. The double bedroom has an en suite shower room which has a shower unit with a large shower head and stone basement. There is a further shower room where the washing machine and drier are located. Both bedrooms have their own fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units. Outside, newly planted oleanders are surrounding the gated roman style fibber swimming pool which has a paved terrace too and a lawn area ideal for children to play. Next to the pool there is a small fitted barbecue ideal for al fresco meals and for relaxing during the warm days of the Majorcan summer. This is a great villa in a fantastic location just on the outskirts of Pollensa, with the old town just a few minutes walk. The villa is comfortable, built in traditional Mallorcan style with plenty of space around the terraces and pool area. A stepped front porch leads up to the house where the main entrance is located, through the main door we enter straight to the lounge dining room with beamed ceilings and ceramic floor tiles, the lounge has a sofa and two easy chairs and totally equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. There is a separate fitted kitchen equipped with all the necessary items needed in a self catering property such as a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer, the kitchen has also an exit to the side covered veranda. A corridor is giving us access to the sleeping area, the bedrooms comprising of one double and two twins, all sharing an interior full bathroom and an exterior shower room. All the bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning and all are bright and airy. Double doors from the lounge lead onto the large and shady covered terrace with lovely views to the swimming pool area, the crystal water swimming pool has roman steps and it is surrounded with plenty of different types of plants, trees, flowers and bushes. It has lovely views to the lovely and close mountains. Villa Rotger is a lovely house on the outskirts of Pollensa with a lovely and large pool terraces, a built in barbecue and adjacent to the village. It is a perfect holiday retreat for anyone who wants privacy, peace and be close to the town where all the amenities, restaurants and shops.
