This is a great villa in a fantastic location just on the outskirts of Pollensa, with the old town just a few minutes walk. The villa is comfortable, built in traditional Mallorcan style with plenty of space around the terraces and pool area. A stepped front porch leads up to the house where the main entrance is located, through the main door we enter straight to the lounge dining room with beamed ceilings and ceramic floor tiles, the lounge has a sofa and two easy chairs and totally equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. There is a separate fitted kitchen equipped with all the necessary items needed in a self catering property such as a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer, the kitchen has also an exit to the side covered veranda. A corridor is giving us access to the sleeping area, the bedrooms comprising of one double and two twins, all sharing an interior full bathroom and an exterior shower room. All the bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning and all are bright and airy. Double doors from the lounge lead onto the large and shady covered terrace with lovely views to the swimming pool area, the crystal water swimming pool has roman steps and it is surrounded with plenty of different types of plants, trees, flowers and bushes. It has lovely views to the lovely and close mountains. Villa Rotger is a lovely house on the outskirts of Pollensa with a lovely and large pool terraces, a built in barbecue and adjacent to the village. It is a perfect holiday retreat for anyone who wants privacy, peace and be close to the town where all the amenities, restaurants and shops. An enchanting reformed farmhouse cottage in an idyllic location, set in the very heart of the Colonya Valley, directly below the dramatic Puig des Rafalet mountain surrounded by green woodland and pretty olive groves.All you can hear is birdsong and the breeze, fabulous. Arabic lights give an eclectic bohemian feel and a calming atmosphere. The kitchen is open plan and is to the left. It has white units with an island for the sink and storage units. There is a modern vitro hob with a large stainless steel cooker hood, a split level oven and microwave, a large fridge freezer and a small dispenser with mallorcan wood door. These are fantastic contemporary apartments in a lovely brand new complex in the quiet residential area of Cala San Vicente. There are just eight apartments, all brand new and all are in two levels. All the apartments have sea view except one, they also have three bedrooms which can be either twins or doubles that can share bathrooms or have its en suite ones. The apartments also share a lovely swimming pool. The apartments are full or modern design, bright and with white spotlighting, and modern furniture in neutral trendy colours. The rooms are all light and bright; most of them have wardrobes and are air conditioned. The leaving areas are most open with well planned kitchens with lots of workspaces and storages and with appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves, ceramic hobs and large fridge freezers. The seating areas are furnished very modern too and are totally equipped with sofas, coffee tables, flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player plus a CD player. Double doors lead out onto long terraces which are also equipped with exterior furnishings such as a wood table and chairs. There are superb views onto the fantastic beach of Cala Molins with its lovely mountains and backdrops. There is roman style swimming pool is a great bonus, it is surrounded by sun terrace and it has plenty of sun lounges around it. Each apartment has its own parking space at the back of the complex although cars can be also easily parked along the street. These are great apartments for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. All the bars, shops and restaurants of Cala San Vicente are within a few minutes walk from the complex. The sea is just a two minutes walk away too.
